The prices above incorporate a call out fee so the minimum charge is 1 hour. If your query cannot be completed witihin 2 hours then a price will be agreed to complete the work off site and then returned back to you.

We know that computer resellers or shops can confuse you with techincal details, saying you need certain equipment when it is not always the case, they increase their own profit margins by selling you what they want to sell. We are offering advice on what you really do need and show you how to get the best price.

What makes you different from the other local computer companies?
- The advice we provide will get you the best solution for your bugdet. We want home users to get a good home computing experience with the best suited equipment rather than equipment sitting there that is overkill or not good enough for what you want to do for future projects. As our engineers have full-time jobs already this organisation is about helping the customer not making a profit.
If you dont sell computer equipment how can you fix problems?
- We will diagnose your computer problem and if your computer requires parts, talk to you about options available rather than telling you what you need, we can show you where to get the parts from and fit them or we can purchase them for you and fit them, its all about choice.
Do I need to be about when you visit?
- If your pc has a problem and you would prefer the work to be done off-site and can be without you computer, this can be pre-arranged, otherwise your presence is required.
You advice service seems a good idea but I can get this information for free?
- Of course there is free advice out there, go for it, get the advice, but be aware that free advice usually is given by a sales person.
  
  We offer that bit extra, a service of coming to your home to talk to you in a language you understand, so that you have a better understanding of what you want out of home computing. You can then tell that sales person what you require and dont waste money on things you may not need, we are not after a sale.
Do you provide quotes for work?
- We can provide quotes for work you wish to be carried out
What payment methods do you accept?
- We would prefer cash or cheque, but the option of paypal or bank transfer is available also.
